Whether they are in the warehouse or working from the office, Papyrus takes responsibility to protect, care for and support our employees. We aim to build a safety culture grounded in trust and accountability, strengthened by teamwork and shared responsibility for each other's well-being. For us, health and safety are just the starting point. Our goal is to achieve true, holistic well-being.

For our DEI work we have a three fold strategy: 

  1. Awareness is were we create a base understanding of the importance of DEI for us and for our everyday life. We offer trainings, opportunities for discussion and education on the subject.  
  2. Acknowledgement is our second step, which means that we critically examine our work to identify opportunity, but also the challenges that we may face.  
  3. Action is our most important step. This is where we take reformative steps that prioritize DEI in all aspects our employees' life cycle.
