Multicopy and Forest Day. The perfect match.

In 2012, the UN General Assembly designated 21 March as International Forest Day. The day celebrates and raises awareness of the importance of all types of forests.

As is well known, Papyrus does not own forests and does not produce paper, but we set clear requirements for our suppliers to ensure that the paper and cardboard products we sell come from responsibly managed forests.

Some of our requirements for suppliers and the supply chain:

  • Wood fibres must not originate from illegal logging
  • No raw materials from endangered forests or controversial sources
  • Compliance with both FSC® Controlled Wood and PEFC Due Diligence systems
