Customers seeking products with specific characteristics, such as recycled content or documented greenhouse gas information, can find suitable options within our product range where available. Our teams can help identify products and services that align with customer requirements and preferences.

Social engagement

As part of our community engagement activities, we collaborate with local organisations and community groups. We provide active support in the form of product donations and finance, as well as co-creating targeted initiatives and long-term programmes.

The Papyrus social engagement strategy is rooted in our values. We have a requirement that all initiatives, events and activities we sponsor or co-create must share at least two of our core values. These criteria help us select initiatives that are relevant to the communities and organisations we support.

Ethical business conduct

Papyrus is dedicated to conducting business with fairness and integrity. Our policy framework guides the daily actions of both management and employees, reinforcing our commitment to building and maintaining trust with customers, owners, employees, suppliers, and the broader community.

At the core of our operations is Papyrus’s Code of Conduct, which is grounded in the principles of the UN Global Compact, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and other key international standards on environmental responsibility, labour rights, anti-corruption, and human rights.

What do we do for this:

• We work continuously to ensure fair and ethical business practices. Our Code of Conduct and Business Practice Policy provide an ethical compass for our daily business activities.
• We communicate ethical expectations to business partners and monitor related risks through established risk management procedures.
• We provide training programs that address compliance and ethics that are relevant to an employee’s specific job function and related business risk.
