Social engagement
As part of our drive to be responsible contributors to the communities in which we operate, Papyrus engages in focused partnerships with local groups, charities and grassroots organisations. We provide active support in the form of product donations and finance, as well as co-creating targeted initiatives and long-term programmes.
The Papyrus social engagement strategy is rooted in our values. We have a requirement that all initiatives, events and activities we sponsor or co-create must share at least two of our core values. These synergies ensure that our efforts are well placed to generate maximum positive impact for our communities stakeholders.

Ethical business conduct
Papyrus is dedicated to conducting business with fairness and integrity. Our policy framework guides the daily actions of both management and employees, reinforcing our commitment to building and maintaining trust with customers, owners, employees, suppliers, and the broader community.
At the core of our operations is Papyrus’s Code of Conduct, which is grounded in the principles of the UN Global Compact, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and other key international standards on environmental responsibility, labour rights, anti-corruption, and human rights.
What do we do for this:
- We work continuously to ensure fair and ethical business practices. Our Code of Conduct and Business Practice Policy provide an ethical compass for our daily business activities.
- We uphold high ethical standards to our business partners, in which we ensure through risk management procedures.
- We provide training programs that address compliance and ethics that are relevant to an employee’s specific job function and related business risk.
